You will expand your understanding of the different types of meditation and receive tips and tools for practicing at home. Digestible wise insights will be offered along the way reminding you of the well of happiness available within you.

Every lecture is followed by a short guided meditation familiarizing you with the practice and inviting you to begin a daily habit of meditating.
